Our consultations are creative appointments and times offered run for 60mins or 90mins. We advise a 90min appointment for first consultations if you would like to see the full collection and also offer follow-up second consultations as well as veil only consultations.

First appointments for Made to Order and Couture are charged with a non-refundable fee.

The Atelier & Boutique is open Wednesday – Friday 10am – 6pm. If you require a specific date or time that is not available on our booking system please email or call the team.

If there is a particular style, embroidery or artwork you are interested in please send reference images to [email protected] prior to your appointment.

We recommend wearing nude underwear for your consultation if possible however we also provide nude slips if required. We kindly also ask you to note that our showroom is on the first floor of our studio and we do not have a lift.

Please make sure you select United Kingdom as the time zone for all showroom consultations if making the appointment online from outside the UK.
